Thanks to Priyanka's wonderful work in theming Bugzilla and ironing out the last couple bugs and extensions, we are finally ready to move on with the upgrade. As a side effect, Bugzilla will be down for a couple of hours (let's say 2 to be on the safe side) around lunch-time.
