Is there any reason we don't load AutoLoader.php very early on, before LocalSettings.php is executed? The overhead is supposed to be minimal until somebody actually uses the relevant classes, right?

For one thing, we don't have the include path yet... :)
Though that may not be entirely properly functional...

Well, we don't seem to care for WebStart.php or Wiki.php or any of the others that are loaded before LocalSettings.php.
