Did anyone look at [[Category:Stub]] lately? Well, "There are 10483 articles in this category." And they are all on one page.
Seems we need to break down large categories into several pages after all. What would be a good number of article links per page? 500? That would make 21 pages and counting, for this special case.
I'm still fighting with my Linux setup, so it might be a few days before I can get back into business ;-)

1000? There's a third as much information as there is on a standard history page, I feel. +sj+

A better solution might be to use this as an opportunity to look at these articles to see if they really are stubs. If not the stub message could be deleted. In the others there is no shortage of work to be done. :-)

I think this should be preference-able, as search is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Preferences#prefsection-8
But the most important is breaking down of such page doesn't must be indexed by number, but by entry. For example, breaking [[Category:Stub]] in 3 pages:
---------
from [[!Xu mythology]] to [[Free energy suppression]] from [[Free school]] to [[Olympique de Marseille]] from [[Olympus C-770 Movie]] to [[Þórisvatn]]
--------

It seems like I'm the only one arguing about not using categories for the stubs as they would uselessly slow down the servers. I still don't get the need for using categories on stubs. For the full discussion, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template_talk:Stub#Category_stub
