This was discussed also in #wikimedia-tech on IRC and as a first step. If I got it correctly it's not clear yet what the culprit is, but trying to first bypass your browser cache is recommended to check if the problem(s) still happen: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:BYPASS
