I'd suggest going ahead and bundling it. It's easy to do that and it promotes people using it instead of sajax. I'd love to see the old ajax stuff removed in favor of using jQuery, but that can't happen til jQuery is bundled in a semi-stable way.

sajax is small and light, why to remove it? It keeps the extensions backward-compatible (MW 1.13 or 1.14 is fine for many usages, anyway the major "breakthrough" was MW 1.12 with new parser, I don't see that much of huge changes in 1.14-1.15). Most of useful hooks seems to were added in 1.13..1.14, too. Though it's probably possible to check for existence of both libraries. Dmitriy
