to my knowledge, all 2- and 3- letter .{org|com|net} domain names are taken. This is certainly the case with wp.org/com/net, and also with wiki.com/net/org. If you really wanted to shorten things, wikip.com/net/org are available.

just like sourceforge.net has sf.net we should have wp.org for wikipedia.org

eg: bittorrent.sourceforge.net -> bittorrent.sf.net
