I'm wondering if anybody still maintains the Interwiki Link Checker http://toolserver.org/~flacus/IWLC/

I noticed recently there are heaps of pages on sh.wp whose titles and subjects match up to articles on other Wikis but which have no links. Is there any way we could revive this project?
