Collab most certainly isn't new: the earliest revision in its database
dates back to June 9, 2008. It's just that collab is such a
little-used wiki that no one noticed it, I guess.
For those who wonder: collab is used for communication between staff
and people they work with closely (like contractors and volunteers),
but it isn't really used much any more as most of that communication
has moved to other places.
