See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Small_House,_Conwy.jpg and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Telford%27s_Bridge,_Conwy.jpg for two image that have no associated "image history". (And they're not from the Commons!)
Is there anything that can be done to find out who uploaded them and when?
