Thanks Brion. I think it is time to modify Bugzilla, so 1.13.0-svn would be the default for Version box.

Please preserve the timestamps in your tar files, so one can tell what files are older and what files are newer. You used to preserve them, now you don't.

This is due to SVN's default configuration, which sets file timestamps to the checkout time instead of their commit time.
I've switched this back to 'use-commit-times' mode on my new workstation, so the next release will be built that way again.
