I am curious to learn how the mediawiki community decides what features will be implemented in the next release and what solutions you have found in development collaboration. How much do you rely on sf.net and, according to your experience, do you believe that it is beneficial to the wikipedia community to allow non-developers view development-related discussions or vote/feedback on them? is the MW development community-driven?
