I spoke a friend of mine who is in International Data Traffic.
I asked about the connectivity of Paris, London, Amsterdam.
Paris and Amsterdam are with Frankfurt and Stockholm on a par. London is on the end of the backbone. Paris is great for North and Middle Africa (superior to US) South Africa Paris is equal with US. Frankfurt is best for Eastern Europe but the difference with Paris is minimal.
I think the colo was to be Paris ? Great !! GerardM
