The "logs/CONTROLLER" file repeatedly contains the line "Job 846 died, requeueing: 846 enwiki articles 98/1024".
It seems that there is some substantial problem with that job. Furthermore, a lot of jobs tend to die which is something that may have to be fixed.
Is a recent English static dump going to be available soon?
