Just to help tracking the problem, there was a button "create the wiki" on the "Main Page" of bm.wiktionary.org a few days ago, so someone may have created it that way.
Thanks for fixing it.
A broken http://zh-min-nan.wikiquote.org was created similarly (sorry). A fix would be most appreciated.
