Is there a particular reason why the "IE Fixes" files are loaded separately? Would it be feasible to conflate them into a single ifle, with the selectors for particular versions *inside* that file, and then simply load that one file for IE users?
If I've understood the rest of this thread, the combined file could be compressed quite a lot, so the question would be whether loading one bigger file is more efficient than possibly loading 4 smaller files.
