The links in question are to the wikipedias in languages other than English which are affiliated with Wikipedia.
There will be another section of on-line encyclopedias which are independent.

Just a quick question, should *Affiliated with Wikipedia* be on your Main Page?
That seems to suggest that your site is some kind of official partner to Wikipedia (which, unless I'm very much mistaken, it isn't).
