I have translated all missing German texts for the new features in 1.5 (e-mail confirmation, notification)
Language file only is http://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/attachment.cgi?id=655&action=view to http://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2619
I propose, that the texts are checked again and then committed to CVS
