Hi,
Is there a function that looks something like
getUrl( 'ruwiki' );
and returns 'https://ru.wikipedia.org%27?
WikiMap.php is supposed to have such functions, but it gives me strange results on my local test wiki.
Of course, it's possible that I screwed something up in my CentralAuth configuration.
