bah! bad copy-editing on my part. That's the date from last year (I re-used the old pdf, thought I edited everything correctly).

May 27th - RFP Official Public Announcement / Start of submissions June 13th - Deadline for proposals / community feedback period officially begins Week of June 16th - IRC Office Hours with the applicants June 27th - End of Community Feedback period June 27th - Announce winner of RFP
