This limits us to a single web server per wiki or a networked filesystem shared between them.
- Of course, logged-in users want to get their pages rendered _just_so_, with question marks and [edit] links, etc. They should also have all their "My page" and other links working.
We have talk pages and notification for IP addresses, too.
