I try again, and I get the same error (again). I've tried downloading it from various locations (france, cuba, finland), and the connection always closes at byte 4100096.
Is there anything wrong?
The dumps server had some problems with its RAID array. We've replaced the bogus drives and let it rebuild and are now confirming whether data is intact.
In the worst case, we have the latest dump of all wikis backed up and ready to restore to a fresh drive array.
