In fact you are encouraged to list yourselves and link to the relevant pages as soon as possible. We like transparency and we are used to work-in-progress. :)
Everybody else: note also that we are encouraging candidates to add a section in their user Talk page for support and endorsements. If you think a specific candidate/project should be selected explain your reasons there.This way you will help us making the right decisions.
