The wikinl-l-owner@wikipedia.org address 'doubles up' as the address that is given to people as a 'contact Wikipedia' address on nl:. Because of this, all Dutch sysops (except maybe the last one or few) are list admins, and the address is also used as a kind of mailing list for sysop-specific discussion (in particular, giving opinions on new candidate-sysops).
