Hi, is there an existing template for a special page which runs on MediWiki Version 1.6.9 and 1.9.3 ? The one I found on metawiki ( http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Writing_a_new_special_page ) only works with 1.9.3 and doesnt get listed on Special:Specialpages with Version 1.6.9. (and neither is reachable directly).
