See, that'll be yer problem: mail-eater.wikimedia.org (66.230.200.215) doesn't like rad0.ctelco.net. But the ctelco.net server won't take a 4xx (permanent) error seriously (it's treating it like a 5xx temporary error - see [[Bounce message]]), so keeps trying for a couple of days before bouncing the mail.
wikitech - Fred discovered this trying to email arbcom-l. Does mail-eater really think ctelco.net sucks, or is the breakage at the ctelco.net end worse than just treating a 4xx as a 5xx?

They don't like each other. It seems that, when sending recipients, albert (i.e. mail-eater.wikimedia.org) checks before that the host given on the smtp helo is valid. As it's an invalid hostname it gets rejected. looking up host rad0.ctelco.com... cannot locate host
ctelco.com should at least make that subdomain the mailserver identifies with, as albert config doesn't seem too bad. Note it only wants the hostname to exist, doesn't need to match the querying ip.
