The second release candidate for 1.23.0 (1.23.0-rc.2) is now available for download.
The changes since 1.23.0-rc.1 are as follows:
* (bug 56269) Avoid uncommitted transaction notices in thumb.php and img_auth.php. * (bug 52342) Preference "Remember my login" was removed. * (bug 65434) Vector: Suppress watch star focus outline when animating it. * (bug 64289) jquery.textSelection: Don't throw errors on empty collections. * (bug 36356) Add space between two feed links. * Reverted fix for (bug 58032) "Introducing pp_sortkey." * (bug 48084) Fixed a bug in the installer that could cause $wgLogo to hold the wrong path to the placeholder logo (skins/common/images/wiki.png). * Mediawiki.api: Fix API postWithToken method. * (bug 63444) Made it possible to change the indent string (default: 4 spaces) used by FormatJson::encode().
