That's a good idea. But I don't know why Special:allmessages unsearchable is. I think it would be cool to have a special:trackingcategories page that lists them all, along with a description and which message (would have to be careful to include namespace related hacks that 'pedia uses, but that's not too hard). It would also be cool if those category pages automatically had predefined text (even better if they were auto __hiddencat__ somehow)
