I'm wondering which older versions are still supported. https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Template:DownloadMediaWiki lists 1.20.8 as legacy but not 1.21.3, but now also states that "1.20.x [...] was discontinued." If the latter is correct, does https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Template:MW_legacy_release_number need to be changed from "1.20.8" to "1.21.3"?
