Remove fieldset from Watchlist that apparently only I liked :)
I like fieldsets too and IMO it's not a good idea to remove it.
Now the look of the watchlist is (again) inconsistent with the recent changes list and most all other forms too :-(

That's what I said... Open to any and all suggestions. Throw a class on it to remove the extra spacing?
