(The interface doesn't work well in non-popular languages, so you have to make the urls by hand http://stats.grok.se/gu/<year><month>/<pagename> (with gu being the language code). Additionally a couple clicks in to the link Chad gave you gets to this page: http://stats.wikimedia.org/EN/SummaryGU.htm which has a graph of page views over time near the bottom.
There are raw page view stats available at http://dumps.wikimedia.org/other/pagecounts-raw/ which one can filter/visualize/etc in whatever form is convenient (If you're into statistical stuff - requires some effort to get usable information).
