Indeed, there are no excluded commands I'd need. However, I get an error message [...] when trying to use any of these[:] \text, \textsuperscript, \pod, \nolimits and \sideset.
Your LaTeX is false, Ncik; you'll notice that the fol- lowing produces senseless (but correct) output using all of the above:
<math> \text{text}\textsuperscript{super} \iint\nolimits \pod{2} \left[\sideset{_**}{_**} \prod_k\qquad\sideset{}{}\sum_{0\le i\le m}E_i\beta x\right] </math>
