Did you see http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/API#Posting_Data_.2F_needs_major_editPage.php... ?
You need to get an edittoken first.
Huge disclaimer: I have not used this part of the API, and it is not even certain to me from reading it that it is actually implemented!
