Really? IMHO this is only a text about book sources, not the handling of ISBN in international wiki.
If you look at http://en.wikipedia.org/w/wiki.phtml?title=Special:Booksources&isbn=0684... you will see that it uses the contents of [[Wikipedia:Book sources]], replacing MAGICNUMBER with 068483068X.
- [[:cs:Wikipedie:Co je článek]] can't be deleted.
