Bonjour, I don't know if you remember the problems we had with named Mulot (or 12.28.55.xxx or proxy.culture.fr). She is now making chaos on the french wikipedia. Both of me and Shaihulud tried to temporary banish her, but it's don't seem to work :o( I don't know what way Shaihulud used, but I have tried by Editing Banned list (http://fr.wikipedia.com/wiki.cgi?action=editbanned). I don'y know Perl at all, then perhaps I was mistaken. Please we need quick help !! Thanks,
