I'd very much like to update [[Wikipedia:Disambiguation pages with links]] on a regular basis.
I'm sure this has been suggested before (maybe by Angela somewhere?) but
is
there a possibility of allowing specified users to run specified SQL queries? This wouldn't have to be coded for perhaps, just a trust system where a number of people are given access, but only on the condition that they *only* run queries that have been checked and agreed.
I second sannse suggestion. We in Hebrew Wikipedia used the SQL query to create lists for maintenance. E.g. articles that does not contain links. It is really needed specially since the special pages cache was not updated since April.
