I dont see language links... I dont see the needs for wimimedia, wikitionary....... Seinfeld is never in a big header. the title should be bigger, so we can tell its the title. It just needs to be bigger

I have hand-coded from scratch a concept demo of the phase IV new dynamic layout I'm thinking of. This should be XHTML 1.1/CSS compatible.
