Hi, after just a few weeks in my role I have seen more often than not the pattern of someone willing to help on certain bug report but then having difficulties finding the right way to do it, and defaulting to sending an email with questions to e.g. Sumana.

You can help polishing the text and directing to it anybody needing help with these first steps.
