I thought that somebody fixed the address listed on the error page.
It was fixed on the English Wikipedia, but not on the test wiki. I fixed it today.
wikidown@wikipedia.org has never existed, only wikidown@bomis.com. The point of that address is that <bomis.com> will probably be up even when <wikipedia.org> is completely down (including this mailing list).
Unless, of course, the whole data center explodes / sinks into the sea / is swarmed by locusts and takes out all of Bomis's servers. :)
