What stupid name is that for a list, and what on earth are "new site issues" supposed to mean? A have an issue with this name. Doesn't wikitech handle technical issues, foundation-l handles policy issues, and juriwiki-l legal issues? Search http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Mailing_list for the word issue, and it pops up on every mailing list there is.
