If the email has an attachment, you should better return it to sender than ignoring it, which would be against the nature of STMP protocol, just because this is a simple user of incredimail.
Speaking with my ISP hat on, please do not "return it to sender". The "From:" is probably spoofed.
The correct method is to reject the message during transmission.
By "sender" i meant MAIL FROM (if available at the filtering stage). Spammers will be using MAIL FROM: <>
Or maybe skip mail returning if from: fails SPF... There are many options. My concern is untechnical people tryiing to arrive at a supposedly publicy available address.
