That wasn't so much a presenting of a new skin as presenting of a plan to have a committee work on a new skin, and a demo. :)
Heh, I'd forgotten about that-- largely because it didn't seem there was anything to announce, just some brainstorming a and proposals about possible things to do, that no one else had seen yet.
