Would some of you please look at the new installation at:
http://www.internet-encyclopedia.org
And see if you have any ideas regarding how to fix the bugs in it. It is using NewCodeBase, not Phase 3.
Note that on the main page that the top portion of the page is dead, that is the links for the first few inches don't work. Also the popdown menu (when you have in in a stylesheet that does work) always sends you back to the main page rather than doin what you selected.
