I want to add a bit of explanatory text which explains the purpose of the Wanted Pages special page.
I would vote for editing MediaWiki:Wantedpages-summary . Note you can find all MediaWiki pages listed in [[Special:Allmessages]]. These are the pages you generally want to edit to change how the interface looks.
