Quiddity closed the proposal as accepted today! I have been making edits on Wikitech to reflect the new "Wikimedia developer account" term. I also have proposed a page move and content update for https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Developer_access. If anyone wants to help update content on mediawiki.org and other wikis that would be very much appreciated.
