It has been discussed (here: http://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Sites_that_use_Wikipedia_for_co...) that the gfdl notice on the bottom of every page needs updating. The following notice is the result of the discussion "All text is available under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License. See Wikipedia:Copyrights for suggested practices." I would like to request that as long as no one has any more suggestion to make on the talk page, this new notice be instituted ASAP.
Hmm, it wouldn't hurt but I don't see it as substantially different.
Also, the "Printable version" pages need to have the same notice (currently they don't).
The printable pages currently have the identical notice as the regular page view:
"All text is available under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License."
where "GNU Free Documentation License" is a link to Wikipedia:Copyrights which is more detailed. (Yes, it's a redirect through GNU FDL at present.)
