Navigating from [[:Image:Rach3.jpg]] to http://www.wikipedia.org/upload/e/e9/Rach3.jpg produces a 404 error: "The requested URL /upload/e/e9/Rach3.jpg was not found on this server". I'm not sure how it got that way, but obviously the image table of the database needs to be updated to reflect reality. Don't bother trying to find or recover the missing file.
