Why not stamp each article with a template, like so:
{{export attribution wpen|{{FULLPAGENAME}}|{{REVISIONID}}}}
Templates are more than capable of using {{FULLPAGENAME}} and {{REVISIONID}} themselves, you don't need to pass those as parameters.
