Correct, we migrated some of the bots, but left wikibugs there. That was the outcome of the previous discussions

The new wikibugs is now in #wikimedia-dev, and also in a few other channels.
We did so a while back with the Gerrit notifications. The reason was to remove some spam from #mediawiki and make that channel more user friendly.
