I just wanted to say I really like the idea of combining similar RFC’s into themes/clusters like this. I can also update the Nirvana specific info, since I was one of the main developers.

I started a list of requirements, nice-to-haves, and a table of the different templating libraries available and what their features are. Unfortunately, I don't know anything about Twig or Nirvana, so it would be great if other people could help flesh out this table before the Architecture summit.
