Following comments on "Paddington", I started again from scratch. This is what I've done today. Most of it is subject to change.
one thing I'm happy with though is the start of the article is *very* near the top of the page.
* The footers are still being worked on * the elements in the sidebar could be put into boxes like in Rotem Dan's Seinfeld example. * i'm not too keen on the centering I put in the sidebar either!
